Wuitt LLC (“Wuitt,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use Photon Museum (the “App”).

a. App Data You Provide
The App allows you to store photo rolls, metadata, and notes locally on your device. These remain on your Mac and are never uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly back them up to third-party services you choose.
b. Account Information
If you create a Wuitt account or purchase a subscription, basic information (such as name, email, and purchase status) may be stored securely in our authentication system to manage access and verify entitlements.
c. Automatic Information
We may collect limited, non-identifying data (e.g., crash reports, version numbers, anonymized analytics) to help improve stability and performance. You can disable analytics in your system or app settings.
2. Payments
All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store.
Wuitt LLC does not receive or store credit-card numbers or payment details.

4. Data Storage and Security
Local data (your film rolls, photos, and metadata) stays on your device unless you export or back it up elsewhere. Cloud or authentication data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption.

The App may link to third-party websites (e.g., Apple Subscriptions page).
Your use of those services is governed by their own privacy policies.

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy occasionally. We’ll update the “Effective Date” to indicate the latest version.
