Welcome to Photon Museum (Photon Museum Native), an application developed and distributed by Wuitt LLC (“Wuitt,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using Photon Museum (the “App”), you agree to the following Terms of Use.

1. License and Ownership

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control.

All rights, title, and interest in the App—including its software, interface design, and built-in visual materials such as default film covers, templates, and metadata—remain the property of Wuitt LLC or its licensors.

These built-in assets are original re-creations inspired by the design language of classic film brands.
They are not scans, reproductions, or official assets, and are included for educational, archival, and stylistic consistency within the App.

All brand names, logos, and trademarks shown or referenced remain the property of their respective owners. No affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement is implied.

You may not copy, extract, or redistribute these built-in designs or data outside of the App without express written permission.

2. Pro Features and In-App Purchases

Photon Museum offers optional paid upgrades (“Plus,” “Pro,” or “Membership”) through Apple’s in-app purchase system.

Payments are processed by Apple; we do not collect or store your payment information.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your Apple ID account settings.
Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase that provides ongoing access to premium features.

3. User Content

Any photographs, notes, or metadata you import remain your property. You are responsible for ensuring that your use and sharing of such content comply with applicable laws and do not infringe the rights of others.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer the App,
Interfere with normal operation or security,
Use the App for unlawful purposes.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. Wuitt LLC disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wuitt LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Intellectual Property Concerns

If you are a rights holder and believe that any material in Photon Museum infringes upon your rights or should be modified or removed, please contact us at support@wuitt.com

We will review and respond to such requests promptly.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. The “Effective Date” will always indicate the latest version. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
